MILITARY SPECIFICATION
RADIO SET AN/ARC-94
This specification has been approved by the
Bureau of Naval Weapons, Department of the Navy
SCOPE
1.
1.1
Scope:
The equipment covered by this specification shall provide facilities
to effect two-way radio communications between aircraft and properly
equipped surface stations or other aircraft. Transmission and recep-
tion shall be in the single sideband mode with or without carrier
suppression and shall be accomplished on the same antenna. Simul-
taneous transmission and reception is not required. Power amplifier
automatic tuning is required throughout the frequency range of the
equipment.
