Paragraph 4.5.7.4.1, Delete and substitute:
"4.5.7.4.1 Input voltage surge.-Utilizing a pulse
generator connected to the input terminals, adjust the output
current to 500 + 25 ma. Apply the pulses specified in
3.4.4.1. A seriees of five pulses shall be applied at a rate of
five per minute. The output voltage and recovery time after
removal of pulses shall be as specified in 3.4.4.1."
