MILITARY SPECIFICATION
ROCKET, 2.75 INCH, COMPLETE ROUND:
ASSEMBLING, PACKING AND TESTING
This specification is approved for use by Picatinny Arsenal,
Department of the Army, and is available for use by all Departments
and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
SCOPE
1.
1.1 This specification covers the quality assurance
provisions and special requirements not covered by the drawings,
for the assembling, packaging, packing and testing of loaded
components, of' all configurations of the 2.75 Inch Rocket.
1.1.1 The term "Complete Round" as used throughout this
specification refers to the end item as it is shipped to the
field, whether it is completely assembled or not, but includes
a fuze, warhead and motor. This includes all configurations
of the 2.75 Inch Rocket. In the specific cases prior to field
use where the round is completely assembled, this specification
makes reference to a COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED ROUND.
