NOTE:  It is recommended that to meet the requirement of
4.5.4.4 the following test be conducted prier to assembling
the diaphragm into the switch.
6.4
Advisory diaphragm test (Applicable to Mod 1
only). - Nount the diaphragm in a fixture simulating the
mounting in the hydrostatic switch cup, except that the
force used to hold the body against the diaphragm shall
be 1200 100 pounds.  Using the test set up of Figure 1,
subject the diaphragm to an air pressure of 300 + 0 - 0
psi.
Notice. - When Government drawings, specifications, or
other data are used for any purpose other than in connection
with a definitely related Government procurement operation
the United States Government thereby incurs no responsibility
nor any obligation whatsoever; and the fact that the Government
may have formulated, furnished, or in any way suppl ied the
