2.2 Order of precedence.
In the event of a conflict between
the text of this document and the references cited herein, the text
of this document takes precedence.  Nothing in this document,
however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a
specific exemption has been obtained.
REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Materials.  Materials and parts shall be in accordance with
applicable drawings, specifications and standards.
3.2 Assembly.  The Simulator Assembly shall comply with all
requirements specified on dwg. 12953563, and all associated
drawings, and with all requirements specified in applicable
specifications and standards.
3.2.1 Contact closure switch.  The output end of the cartridge
shall contain an electrical contact strip (contact closure switch,
Part Number 11749641).  This strip shall have less than 1 ohm
resistance when measured as specified in 4.5.5.
Moisture and volatile content.
3.3.
3.3.1 Flash and bang.  The moisture and volatile content of
these compositions at the time of loading shall not exceed 0.15
percent.
3.3.2 Paper and paper products.  The moisture and volatile
content of the paper and paper products components of the simulator
assembly at the loading station at the time of loading shall not

exceed 6.0 percent.

3.4.1 Sound characteristics.  The sound level intensity of the
cartridge functioning at a distance of 64 1.0 feet (ft.) from the
simulator assembly shall be 134 +6 - 7 decibles (db) for a total
duration of 15 milliseconds (ins) maximum (max), with a rise-time of
5 ms max.
