3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Description. The back-rip scarifier teeth shall be of the
replaceable, positive lock-on type and shall be used on back-rip
scarifier shanks which conform to MS39000 and MS39126.
3.2 Material. The working surface of the tooth shall be a
chromium-molybdemum (FS 4100-series) or a nickel-chromium-molybdenum
