The POWER lamp shall light,

4.4.4.8 Turn CS SWITCH to ON and hold.
4.4.4.8.1 using the meter of 4.4.3.2 measure 182 volts rms minimum,
400 Hz, across the load resistor.
4.4.4.8.2 Release CS SWITCH.
