T h e certificate shall be signed by a responsible agent of the
certifying organization. The initial certificate submitted shall
b e substantiated by evidence of the agent's authority to bind his
p r i n c i p a l . S u b s t a n t i a t i o n of the agent's authority will not be
r e q u i r e d with subsequent certificates unless, during the course
o f t h e c o n t r a c t , t h i s authority is vested in another agent of the
certifying organization.
4 . 2 . 3 I n s p e c t i o n . E a c h trailer shall be inspected to insure
conformance to t h e dimension and tolerance on the applicable
drawings as noted below. A n y trailer failing to meet the inspections
s h a l l b e r e j e c t e d u n t i l t h e d e f e c t i s c o r r e c t e d . The methods of
i n s p e c t i o n s as reflected below shall be by gages when identified by
t h e letter "G" and by visual examination when-identified by the
letter"V".
