4.2.2.2 Testing of the end item.  The first produced end item shall be
tested as specified in 4.3.1 through 4.3.5 and, when applicable 4.3.6.
Remaining end items of the same lot shall be tested as specified in 4.3.1
and 4.3.2.  Failure to pass tests shall be cause to reject the effected
end item.
