4.3.3.3 Five foot drop - Major Defect - Code No. 11004
(see 3.3).-Fifty (50) test sets shall be selected from each
lot for test.  The lot shall be rejected if any test set fails
to comply with the requirements.  The test shall be performed
as specified in 4.4.3 using test equipment in accordance with
4.3.4.  (Non-destructive)
4.3.3.4 Load test - Major Defect - Code No. 01006 (male
connector dwg. 9272095 - Code No. 02004 (female connector dwg.
9272147).-Fifty (50) connectors of each type shall be selected
from each lot for test.  The lot shall be rejected if any
connector fails to comply with the requirements.  The test shall
be performed as specified in 4.4.4 using test equipment in
accordance with 4.3.4.  (Non-destructive)
4.3.3.5 Pull test of crimped prong and contact connections
- Major Defect - Code No. 11005 (see dwg. 9272547).-A sample of at
least 5 of each prong and each contact shall be crimped with a
one-foot length of the appropriate gauge of solid copper wire
and tested as specified in 4.4.5 to qualify new or adjusted
crimping equipment for use in production or as a control of the
equipment during production.  Testing for control of crimping
equipment during production shall be performed on the above
quantity of samples from each crimping machine beginning with the
samples crimped at the start of regular production and at the
end of each continuous production run of four hours or less. If
any defective crimp is found when testing is performed for
control of the equipment, the equipment producing the defective
crimp shall be removed from production.  Further, that portion
of production since the last control check shall be returned to
the contractor for testing, according to MIL-STD-105, Code
Letter G, AQL 1.5 percent.  All equipment formerly removed
from production because of some fault may, after correction, be
returned to production providing they pass the qualification test
