MIL-T-48621A (AR)
3.2.1.12 Video amplifier (lAlAll).  The Video Amplifier is a
one stage low video amplifier which takes the output from the LOW
Noise Amplifier (1A1A3) and feeds it to the Noise Out jack on the
front panel for external observation and testing. All dimensions
and specifications shall conform to Drawing 11822714.
.
3.2.1.13 DC filter/regulators (1A1A12).  The DC Filter cleans
the incoming 24 + 6VDC power line of
hash, extraneous noise, and
low-frequency transients.  The regulators  drop the Incoming 24 +
6VDC to a stable 12 volts DC.  All dimensions and specifications
shall conform to Drawing 11822712.
The DC Input Filter is
3.2.1.14 DC input filter (lAlA13).
front panel mounted, and cleans
Incoming 24 + 6VDC line of noise
within the operating bandwidth of the Noise Tests.  All dimensions
and specifications shall conform Drawing 11822737.
3.2.1.15 Self test circuit (lAlA14). The Self Test Circuit
provides a means by which the gain of the filters and amplifiers for
each band can be quickly checked. The out of lAlA16, the
Reference Oscillator, is applied directlyto the inputs of the three
bandpass filters through an appropriate attenuator thereby bypassing
----
the RF Modulator/MIA (1A1A1). and-the RF Detector/MIA (1A1A2). The
-
Reference Oscillator level is preset so that a quick analysis of
individual band gain can be made by observing the meter. All
dimensions and specifications shall conform to Drawing 11822710.
The Terminal Board is a
discrete interface
clrcuits and the operating
functions of the Noise Tester.  all dimensions and specifications
shall conform to Drawing 11822707.
.
3.2.1.17  Reference oscillator (1AlA16).  The Reference
Oscillator is a selectable three- frequency oscillator, operating at
2 KHz, 43 KHz,, and 1 MHZ, which provides the reference signal by
which the Noise Tester Is initially calibrated.  It is also used in
the Self Test Circuit to provide a ready Indication of amplifier
gain.  All dimensions and specifications shall conform to Drawing
11822703.
3.2.1.18  Oper/test switch assembly (lAlA17).  The Oper/Test
Switch Assembly is a twelve-position printed circuit master function
switch that orders all control functions of the Noise Tester. Al1
dimensions and specifications shall conform to Drawing 11822716.
