Set the noise tester controls as follows:
(1) Detune cavity (FREQ TUNE) control from normal
operating range.
(2) MODE switch to INF Or EXT TEST.
(3) OPER/TEST switch to CAV TUNE.
The NOISE' INDICATOR meter should read within the limits

defined by the black band. Adjust RF LEVEL control as
rewired.
