3.
REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Fabrication. - The telescope shall be manufactured in
accordance with all drawings applicable to the telescope
specified in the contract or order and drawings pertaining
thereto.
3.2 General specifications. - The contractor shall be
responsible for adherence to, and compliance with, the
following requirements of Specifications MIL-O-13830 and
MIL-F-13926.
