6.3 Guarantee. The contract or order shall include a requirement for
a guarantee stating that any transformer which fails to met the require-
ments of this specification within one year after delivery because of a
defect in material or workmanship or because of the vendor's failure to
comply with the requirements of the applicable drawings and specifications
shall be replaced by the vendor at no cost to the Government.
