3.4.2.2 Form Factor.
The Antenna Maintenance Fixture shall be deck
mounted on a 22- 1/4 inches by 24-5/8 inches rectangular base.
The overall
dimensions shall be 45-3/4 inches by 24-5/8 inches by 75 inches with the
guard ring folded and shall be 45-3/4 inches by 55-1/4 inches with the guard
ring open.
The total weight of the equipment including cables shall not
exceed 450 pounds.
3.4.2.3 Materials and Parts.
Materials and parts of the gear reducer, and
hand wheel of the Antenna Support Fixture shall be of the best commerical
quality, shall meet the performance and environmental requirements imposed
by the equipment and shall be protected from corrosion such that its form and
function shall not be impaired.
3.4.2.4 MTBF.
When maintained in accordance. with applicable preventive
maintenance procedures, the equipment shall demonstrate at least 6,000 hours
MTBF. Accept-reject criteria shall be those defined by paragraph 4.2.8.1
of MIL-STD-781.
3.4.2.5 Service Conditions. The equipment shall operate satisfactorily
under any of the environmental service conditions or reasonable combination
of these conditions as specified in MIL-H- 15362,

3.4.2.6 Primary Input Power Requirements.
Fixture shall obtain all input power from the Table Rack, Radar Maintenance
FN-212D/AWG-10 through interconnection cabling described herein and shall
require no external power
