Secondary voltage protection. Occurrence of an out-of-tolerance

secondary voltage condition that could damage either an item  under test or
the test station shall result in automatic shut down of the secondary power
forms.  The out-of-tolerance condition leading to shutdown shall be identified
by a projection readout which displays the power form shut down and indicator
lamps to show whether the power form is regulated or unregulated.  Operator
action shall be required to reinstate test station operation after the occur-
rence of automatic shutdown.
Emergency shutdown switch.  An emergency shutdown switch shall be

provided for use by the operator.  When the emergency shutdown switch is acti-
vated,  the load side of all C&D TS primary circuit breakers shall be discon-
nected from their respective loads.  The switch utilized for this application
