3.5.4 Cable assemblies.  Cable assemblies shall be manufactured in
accordance with DL 130AS200, and shall meet all of the requirements stated
therein and in 3.5.4.1.
3.5.4.1 Cable assembly functions.
The functions of the cable assemblies
shall be as follows:
a.
Connects the proper power to the test set.
b.
Interconnects the components of the test set.
c.
Interconnects the weapon being tested to the test set.
3.6 Detail requirements.
3.6.1 Test Set, Guided Weapon AN/DSM-96B. The test set shall be
manufactured in accordance with DL 130AS200 and this specification, and
shall meet the requirements of 3.6.1.1 and 3.6.1.1.1.
3.6.1.1 Test set functions.  When interconnected in accordance with
DL 130AS200 and as shown on table II, with the proper input power applied
(see 3.4.3), and when properly connected to the Detailed Functional
Requirements Test Circuitry (see figure 2); the Detailed Functional
Requirements (see table II) shall be met by the test set.
3.6.1.1.1 Test circuitry.  The test circuit setup shown on figure 2 shall
be used to determine the GO/NO-GO lamp indications required in table II.
Figure 3 provides the lamp "sequence for the Automatic-Track Test. Figure 4
specifies the lamp sequence for the Automatic Torque Test.
3.7 Workmanship.  Workmanship shall be in accordance with DL 130AS200 and
MIL-STD-454, Requirement 9.
4.
QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS
4.1 Responsibility for inspection.  Unless otherwise specified in the
contract or purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the
performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as
otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor may
use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the
inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the
Government.  The Government reserves the right to perform any of the
inspections set forth in the specification, where such inspections are
deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed
requirements.
4.1.1 Responsibility for compliance.  All items must meet all requirements
of sections 3 and 5.  The inspection set forth in this specification shall
become a part of the contractor's overall inspection system or quality
The absence of any inspection requirements in the specification

shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of assuring that all
products or supplies submitted to the Government for acceptance comply
