Application for qualification tests shall be made in accordance with "Provisions Governing Quali -
fication" (see 6.2 and 6.3).
A start stop condition that will duplicate actual in-service operation shall be introduced for this
phase of the test. A minimum of twenty "starts-stops" at the end of each hour's test is required.

to come to a complete rest. The rest period shall not exceed 30 seconds.
