PACKAGING
5.
5.1 Packaging and marking. The Warheads shall be packed and
marked in accordance with Drawing 9224841, and shall comply with
CFR49, Parts 100.-199. Descriptive nomenclature shall be: Warhead,
2.75 Inch Rocket; Test, Empty, Modified: PXR6358 with Flash.
5.2 Packing and marking. The packaged warheads shall be packed
in accordance with the Drawing 9224842. Descriptive nomenclature
shall be: 4-Warhead, 2.75 Inch Rocket, Test, Empty, Modified:
PXR6358 with Flash. The DOT marking shall be: Explosive
Projectiles.

6.1 Intended use. The Warheads covered by this specification
are intended for testing the M439 Fuze.
6.2 Ordering data.

6.3 Submission of inspection equipment for design app roval.
See 6.2 of MIL-A-48078. Submit designs as required to Commander,
U.S. Army Armament Research and Development Center, US Army
Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, ATTN: DRSMC-QAF-I (D),
Dover, NJ 07801.
6.4 Data requirements. When this specification is used in an
acquisition which incorporates a DD Form 1423, Contract Data
Requirements List (CDRL), the data requirements identified below
shall be developed as specified by an approved Data Item Description
(DD Form 1664) and delivered in accordance with the approved CDRL
incorporated into the contract. When the provisions of DAR 7-104.9
(n) (2) are invoked and the DD Form 1423 is not used, the data
specified below shall be delivered by the contractor in accordance
with the contract or purchase order requirements. Deliverable data
required by this specification is cited in the following paragraphs.
