1.2.1 Class. The class of the vehicle shall be determined by the minimum GVW as specified
in table II:

1.2.2 Size. The size of the vehicle shall be determined by the maximum height the aerial
platform can attain, measured from ground level to the platform floor. Sizes shall be the
minimum sizes specified in table III. Vehicles furnished in a size actually larger than the
minimum specified by the procuring activity shall be furnished in the vehicle class
corresponding to that larger size, as indicated in table I.
