4.6.2 D-C resistance (M102). Measure the d-c resistance through each
resistance path as indicated in the following tabulations, using an instru-
ment or instruments with the minimum requirements of 4.4.2 over the range
specified. Any measured d-c resistance outside the specified range shall
constitute a defect.
