3.3.2.2.2 Boresight knob travel. With the mirror positioned to achieve
the boresight position defined in 3.3.2 and azimuth knob adjusted for the
null condition defined in 3.3.2.2.1$ the boresight knob shall be further
adjustable clockwise and counterclockwise to obtain a feedback of not less
than 295 mV rms (5.0 mils) measured at J2-AA.With clockwise rotation of the
boresight knob, the feedback voltage shall be in phase with AC Ref 1 and with
counterclockwise rotations the feedback voltage shall be out of phase with AC
Ref 1.
3.3.2.2.3 Boresight knob accuracy. Graduations on the boresight knob
shall be accurate to produce feedback voltages within 9.0 mV rms throughoit of
the boresight knob travel requirement of 3.3.2.2.2 at a scale factor
58.9 mV rms per mil graduation of the knob.
3.3.2.3 Mirror drive controls. With the 5.000 0.002 Vrms AC Ref 1 and
AC Ref 2 (items 2.13 and 2.14 of table I.) applied as specified, the mirror
drive controls shall meet the requirements of 3.3.2.3.1 through 3.3.2.3.6
(see 4.6.2.18)
3.3.2.3.1 Mirror (resolver accuracy. From the null position of
3.3.2.2.1 the resolver feedback voltage shall be as specified in table V for
each target position defined"
TABLE V. Laser feedback.
