6.12 Recycled material. It is encouraged that recycled material be used when practical as
long as it meets the requirements of this specification (see 3.4).
6.13 Depreservation Guide. The contracting officer should arrange to furnish
DA Form 2258, the Depreservation Guide, when requested by the contractor (see 5.4 and 6.2).
6.14 Technical Information Package. The contractor should complete and submit a
Technical Information Package, depicting the trailer and its components as it will be furnished.
The Technical Information Package should be submitted with all bids and proposals.
