6.5.4 Control cartridges. Control cartridges are hand-loaded by the testing
activity to establish a propellant charge weight that yields an average velocity
within 10 ft/sec of the basic velocity prescribed in the item specification.
6.6 Supersession data. This specification includes the requirements of MIL-C-
18835C dated 19 August 1968 and purchase description AS-2583 A dated 12 August 1976.
