MIL-D-63303B(AR)
3.4.2.4.7 Case drain return line pressure. Pressure in
launcher pump and motor case drain lines shall not exceed
2
twenty-five (25) psi (1.7 kg/cm ).  For magazine pumps and motors
2
the pressure shall not exceed fifteen (15) psi (1.1 kg/cm ).
3.4.2.5 Electrical system.
3.4.2.5.1 Voltage generation system (alternator).  At an
0
ambient temperature of 75F (24 C), the alternator, when driven
at 4,000  100 revolutions per minute (RPM), shall deliver a
regulated voltage output of 28 .3 volts.  After fifteen (15)
minutes of continuous running time at 4,000 100 RPM, the
alternator shall be capable of delivering a minimum current output
0
of 30 1 amps.  At an-ambient temperature of minus 25 F
0
(-32 C), the output voltage shall not exceed 31.2 volts. At an
ambient temperature of 125F (52C), the output voltage shall
not be less than 26.2 volts.
3.4.2.5.2  Electrical connections. Electrical connections shall
be mechanically secured and soldered except connections on screw
type terminals which shall be mechanically secured.  Soldering
acids, acid fluxesl and soldering salts shall not be used. Rosin
base fluxes shall be used.  Electrical soldering connections shall
conform to MIL-S-45743 or MIL-S-46844.
3.4.2.5.3 Electrical cable.  Low voltage electrical cable not
covered by component specifications shall conform to MIL-C-13777.
3.4.2.5.4 Electrical circuits.  The electrical circuits shall
be capable of maintaining continuity from end to end, without any
shorts from one pin to another, and from each pin to the connector
shell.
3.4.2.5.5 Built-in test equipment (BITE).  The test equipment
shall be capable of demonstrating dispenser functions/detecting
malfunctions, when tested as specified in 4.6.2.7.3.
3.4.2.5.6 Transmitted assembly power supply (TAPS). During -
dispenser operation, the TAPS voltage measured between ground and
the various pins of connector P10 (Ref. Dwg. 9290751) shall be:
Normal Self Destruct
(1) Between pin A and ground, 28 0.3 volts.
(2) Between pin B and ground, 0 volts.
(3) Between pin C and ground, 100 ohms, minimum (min.)
