3.4.2.5.9 Circuit card assemblies (CCA).  The CCA(s) shall be
inspected and tested in accordance with MIL-C-63371.
3.4.2.6 Dispenser and systems assembly and adjustments.  The
components of the various systems and their controls shall be
installed and adjusted to assure performance as specified herein.
All adjusting mechanisms shall operate without interference and
shall maintain adjustment settings under all operating conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, procedures shall be established and
supplied to the Government to cover initial lubrication, brake
bleeding, linkage adjustment, valve adjustment, bolt torques,
modifications of commercial components and any other procedure or
adjustments required to obtain the dispenser performance as
specified herein.  Final line reaming, if used, shall only be done
with jigs and fixtures to assure close tolerance and round holes.
3.4.2.7 Chassis.
3.4.2.7.1 Brake adjustment.  The service brake system shall be
bled of all air.  The linkage shall be adjusted to assure correct
operation.

capable of raising and supporting the fully loaded dispenser (see
3.5) and shall provide adjustment to permit placing the jack bases
to the ground and leveling the dispenser.
3.4.2.8
Equipment.
3.4.2.8.1 Stowed equipment.  All On Vehicle Equipment (OVE)
items shall be capable of being stowed (combat loaded) in the space
provided.  All OVE shall be furnished in accordance with Government
approved list when specified (see 6.2).
3.5 Performance.
(See 6.7.7).  Dispenser(s) shall meet the
performance requirements of this specification when fully equipped,
loaded with applicable payload, serviced and coupled with tactical,
prime mover (see 6.2).
3.5.1 Break-in-run.
3.5.1.1 Preparation.  Prior to break-in run, except for
equipment, component installation and servicing performed by the
contractor as a final processing of dispensers for acceptance, the
dispensers shall be completely assembled and all adjustments
completed.  The dispenser, including all components requiring
lubrication, shall be lubricated and serviced with fuel as directed
(see 6.2).  Lubricants, fuel and fluids shall be as specified in
Lube Order LO9-1095-205-12.
