4.5.6 Humidity, This test shall be performed as specified in
MIL-STD-810C, Test Method 507.1, procedure I. (10 days)
Observation shall be made for compliance with the applicable
requirements. (Non-Destructive Test)
4.5.7 Burn-in. Each Electronic Module shall be subjected to
testing utizing the functioning test system and procedures
described in Dwg. 9280365.
4.5.8 Seal inteqrity. Each programmer module (Dwg. 9311429)
shall be placed in a cylindrical air tight chamber with the free
space minimized. The air pressure (moisture free) within the
chamber shall be raised to a minimum of 5 psig by means of a fixed
volume of air. With the air supply shut off the pressure shall be
maintained for 15 seconds min. Any programmer module which fails to
attain the minimum pressure specified or exhibits any leakage in
excess of 0.05 psig shall be rejected.
PACKAGING
5.
5.1 Preservation and packaginq.
5.1.1 Level A. Preservation and packaging shall be as
specified on Drawing 9313708 when shipped as part of the M130
Aircraft General Purpose Dispenser, or Drawing 9321259 when shipped
as a repair part.
5.2
Packing.
5.2.1 Level A. packing shall be as specified on Drawing
9313708 when shipped as part of the M130 Aircraft General Purpose
Dispenser, or Drawing 9321259 when shipped as a repair part.
5.3 Marking.
5.3.1 Level A. Marking shall be as specified on Drawing
9313708 when shipped as part of the M130 Dispenser, or Drawing
9321259 when shipped as a repair part.
5.4 Unitization.
5.4.1 Level A. Only when shipped as part of the M130 Dispenser
System, the electronics module assembly in the drum shall be
unitized in accordance with Dwg. 19-48-4138/109-20 PA1000 (DARCOM
Ammo Center).
6. NOTES
6.1 Intended use. This electronics module is part of the
Aircraft General purpose Dispenser, M130.
