6 . 4 Interplant shipment. Packaging for material which does not enter the
military supply system such as shipments from vendor to a contractor, a subcon-
t r a c t o r , or a supplier to a military arsenal or plant.
6 . 5 Resistance tester. This instrument may be obtained from the Alleghany
Instrument Company, Cumberland, Maryland.
