Test methods and procedures.
Fabrication. -  To determine compliance with 3.1, the fuze
4.5.1
setter shall be visually inspected for proper fabrication in accordance
with the specified drawing and drawings pertaining thereto.
Extreme operating temperatures.-  The operating temperature
4.5.2
test cosists of exposing the fuze setter to the temperatures indicated in
3.3.1 by means of equipment complying with the requirements of 4.4.3.
The test shall be conducted in accordance with Procedure I of MIL-F-13926,
and the conditions of 3.3.1 shall apply.  While thermally stabilized at
these temperatures, the fuze setter shall be subjected to and meet the
performance requirements specified in 3.3.1.
4.5.,3
Vibration.-  The vibration test shall be performed on a de-
vice with mean-d for measuring and controlling the direction of
vibration and providing adjustment to the amplitudes and frequencies within
the specified limits of 3.3.3.  The fuze setter shall be rigidly mounted
on the vibrating device and vibrated in accordance with the requirements
specified in 3.3.3.  Subsequent to vibration the fuze setter shall be
subjected to visual and tactile examinations for evidence of loose or
damaged parts.  When there is no evidence of loose or damaged internal or
external parts, the fuze setter shall be inspected in accordance with the
methods and procedures in 4.5.4.
Performance.
4.5.4
Rotation.-  The fuze setter shall be mounted as indicated
4.5.4.1
in 3.4.1. The apparatus for performing the test shall consist of a suita-
ble holding device.  The socket shall be inserted into the body of the
fuze setter as in intended operation.  The fuze setter shall then be set
