3.7 Pre-Burn - In Static Electrical Parameters.
- The IC
shall comply with the requirements of Table NO. 2 when
the device
is tested at a temperature of twenty five (25) plus or
minus five
degrees centigrade (25 ~ 5C) using the test equipment
of 4.4.4.
