Conflicting requirements.-
Unless otherwise specified when conflicting statements exist
within the documentation for the Generator, the following shall be the
order of precedence:

Contract or Purchase Order
B.
Drawings originated specifically for the Generator
C.
This Specification
D.
Federal Documents
E.
Military documents
REQUIREMENTS

3.1
Preproduction sample.- Unless otherwise specified in the
contract or order , prior to the start of production of Generators, a
preproduction sample shall:
(a) Be manufactured using the procedures proposed for
production
(b) Consist of 50 Generators
(c) Be tested as specified in section 4 herein and is for
the purpose of determining that, prior to starting
production, the supplier's production methods are
capable of yielding items that comply with the
technical requirements of the contract.
