3.4.2.1 Service conditions.  The test set shall meet the operating test
requirements of this specification under any environment service condition or
combination of conditions specified in MIL-T-28800 for Type I, Class 2
equipment.
3.4.2.1.1  Interference.  The test set shall comply with all electromagnetic
radiation and susceptibility requirements of MIL-STD-461, Class 1C except as
specified in table II.

3.4.3 Performance characteristics.  Unless otherwise specified herein, the
performance characteristics shall apply under both standard and environmental
conditions as specified in 3.4.2 and 3.4,2.1. Performance of the test set
shall be as specified in DL 1058AS11OO and 3.4.3.1 through 3.4.5.
3.4.3.1 External power.  The test set shall meet performance characteristics
when powered from an external source, applied to the test set through cable W1
as follows:
(Input power shall be not greater than 200 volt-ampere: under any
operating conditions.)
