3. 10.2.1 Location of components.  The following information shall be
marked in 1/4 inch letters at the location of the applicable component on the
upper surface of the flotation cell.  One-inch-long arrows shall point to the

4,3,1 Atmospheric conditions.  Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall
be made at an atmospheric pressure of 28 to 32 inches of mercury, a temperature
of 70 (plus or minus 18) degrees Fahrenheit, and a relative humidity of 80 per-
cent or less.  When tests are concluded with atmospheric pressure or tempera-
ture differing from the starting values, corrections shall be made for the
change in values.
