That the approval of the first article sample,

shall not relieve the contractors of their

First produced loader. Any changes or deviations of

production loaders from the approved first produced loader during
production will be subject to the approval of the contracting officer,

their obligation to furnish loaders conforming to the specification.
Incident report. When the contractor conducts the

tests specified herein, a preliminary written report shall be furnished
to the contracting officer within 24 hours of any incident of equipment
malfunction or failure during the testing. As a minimum, the report
shall describe components and parts affected, test and operating conditions,
date of incident, hour meter reading, how detected and description of
incident. A final report shall be submitted within 15 days.
Definitions.

Failure. A failure is classified as any condition

that will preclude acceptance of the equipment for compliance with test/
Inspection requirements specified herein, Failure actions of MIL-STD-
781, paragraph 5.6, shall apply.
