NOTES:
1. The data inputs have the following characteristics: VGEN = 3 V, t1 = t0 ≤ 10 ns, tP(D) = 10 ns, PRR = 1 MHz.
2. The enable inputs have the following characteristics: VGEN = 3 V, t1 = t0 ≤ 10 ns, tSET(H) = 10 ns, tHOLD(H) = 0 ns,
tP(E) = 20 ns, PRR = 1 MHz and ZOUT ≈ 50Ω .
3. Each latch is tested separately.
4. CL = 50 pF, which includes probe and jig capacitance.
5. RL = 390 Ω 5%.
6. All diodes are 1N3064 or equivalent.
