1. The pulse generator shall have the following characteristics: Vgen = 3 V,
PRR = 1 MHz, tTLH and tTHL ≤ 10 ns, tp = 200 ns, and ZOUT ≈ 50 Ω.

CL = 50 pF minimum, including scope probe, wiring, and stray capacitance.
RL = 390 Ω 5%.
