NOTES:
1. Pulse generator has the following characteristics: PRR ≤ 1.0 MHz, tPIN ≥ 40 ns, tTHL ≤ 6 ns, tTLH ≤ 15 ns,
tSETUP1 (CLEAR INACTIVE) = 15 ns and ZOUT = 50Ω.
2. See table III notes for Rext, Cext values.
3. CL = 50 pF 10% including scope probe, wiring and stray capacitance, without package in test fixture.
4. All diodes are 1N3064, or 1N916 or equivalent.
5. Load circuit on a given output is only required where the specified test in table III indicates "OUT" on that output.
6. tSETUP (max) shall be ≤ 50% of the typical output pulse width for the actual Cext used (see figure 2).
