4.5.3.3 Endurance testing. The endurance test shall be conducted
on one mount selected each month and tested until three consecutive mounts
have met the requirements of 3.3.1 using test methods specified in 4.6.2.
Mounts selected for endurance testing shall be one of the ten mounts.
which has been determined to conform to the requirements of 4.5.3.2.1.1.
4.5.4 Inspection equipment. Unless othewise specified herin, respon-
sibility for acquisition, calibration, maintenance and disposition of
acceptance inspection and test equipment prescribed on Quality Engineering
Data List QE-G-DL 7790723 and for all other inspection equipment required
by applicable specifications, shall be in accordance with MIL-I-45607.
4.5.5 Parts inspection. Inspection of component parts and concurrent
repair parts and subsequent assemblies shall be as specified herein (see
4.5.3.2.1.2 and 4.5.3.2.2) and in the contract (see 6.1). Inspection of
parts shall be accomplished prior to assembly into the next higher assembly
or end item.
* 4.5.6 Inspection of packaging. Unless otherwise specified, inspection
to determine compliance with preservation, packing and marking requirements
of the applicable packaging documentation, for the level designated in
the contract, shall be as specified in MIL-P-14232.
4.6 Test methods.
4.6.1 Interchange of parts.
4.6.1.1 In plant.
4.6.1.1.1 Mounts. Mounts shall be tested for interchange of parts
(see 3.2.10) by disassembling and then reassembling parts using parts and
prearranged system prescribed in 4.6.1.1.1.1 and 4.6.1.1.1.2.
4.6.1.1.1.1 Parts to be subjected to the interchangeability test
shall be as listed below:
