at each extreme position for a total of 5 checks overall.
4.6.3.6 Adjustment range.- When each Screw Assembly 7639274 is
loosened in the headrest assembly, the Headrest 8267966 (with Frame 8620018)
shall be translated front to rear in the elongated slots of Bracket 8229065.
During this translation, there shall be no restriction to the movement of
the headrest assembly as specified in 3.6.4.

PREPARATION
FOR
DELIVERY
5.1 Packaging, packing and marking shall be in accordance with
Packaging Data Sheet 8620000. The level of protection shall be as specified
in the procurement document.
6. NOTES
6.1 Intended use.- The Mount, Periscope: M115 is primarily intended
for use in the fire control system of the 105MM Gun, Tank, M60 Series and
is used to support the Periscope M31.
6.2 Ordering data. Procurement documents should specify the fol-
lowing:
a. Title, number and date of this specification.
b. Selection of applicable levels of preservation, packaging
and packing.
c. Applicable packaging data sheet (see 5.1).
d. Applicable stock number.
e. Provisions for first article testing.
