4.4 First article inspection. The contractor shall submit a first article sample
for inspection as specified. The first article sample shall consist of not less than 5
yards of full width type I or type II material manufactured under the same conditions
as those proposed for subsequent production.
4.5 Quality conformance inspection. Quality conformance inspections shall be
as specified in table IV.
