The following exceptions relate to transportation:

The cold-aggregate elevator maybe transported by truck or trailer.
(5) The hot-aggregate elevator from the dryer shall be cart-type trailer
mounted. The hot-aggregate elevator from the gradation control unit
shall be cart-type trailer mounted or may be mounted permanently on
a trailer with other components.
(6) The fines feeder may be transported by truck or trailer or maybe
mounted permanently on a trailer with other components.
(7) The portable conveyor shall be as specified in 3.21.
(8) Piping equipment and wood blocking shall be transported by cargo
truck or trailer.
(9) The hopper and apron feeder (components of the mixer) maybe com-
bined into a cart-type trailer at the discretion of the supplier.
(10) Burner, combustion chamber, and ignition cone maybe mounted on
cart-type trailer.
(11) Dust collector engine maybe mounted on cart-type trailer.
3.1.1 Capacity. The output capacity of the mixing plant, complete with
gradation control unit, shall be not less than that shown in table I.
3.1.2 Stress limitations. The plant shall be constructed so that the nomi-
nal operation and transport static stresses in the load-bearing and load-
carrying members shall not exceed 60 percent of the yield strength or 30 per-
cent of the ultimate strength, whichever is smaller value. Under dynamic
travel conditions with unimproved roads imposing twice the maximum vertical
