3.5 Electrical
3.5.1 Electrical performance. The device shall meet the
electrical performance characteristics specified in TABLE I at the
temperatures specified. Methods of examination and test shall be as
specified in TABLE I.
3.5.2 Test circuits. Circuits to be used to verify compliance
to the electrical performance characteristics shall be available to
the Government (see 4.5).
