c. Process control documents shall be submitted in
accordance with DI-P-1604 (Mod) with attachment 1 listed on DD Form
1423 incorporated in the contract.
6.4 submission of inspection equipment designs for approval.
Design responsibility for all inspection equipment is assigned to
the contractor, who shall submit these designs (see 4.4.4, 4.5) for
approval in accordance with the stipulations, time frame and
distribution specified in the Contract Data Requirements list (DD
Form 1423) or in the contract to: Commander, U.S Army Armament
Research and Development Command, ATTN: DRDAR-QAA-I, Dover, New
Jersey 07801.
6.5 Distribution of data (Lot traveler inspection and test
results). In addition to the normal distribution of records, one
copy of all data (see 3.7) shall be forwarded to: Commander,
ARRADCOM, ATTN: DRDAR-QAA-M, Dover, New Jersey 07801. (The
information requested in 3.7 and 4.5.4 shall be forwarded to this
address).
6.6 Submission of process control documents. Process control
documents as specified in 3.8 shall be submitted in accordance with
DI-P-1604 (Mod) with attachment 1, listed on DD Form 1423
incorporated in the contract.
6.7 Drawings. Drawings listed in Section 2 of this
specification under the heading US Army Armament Research and
Development Command (ARRADCOM) may also include drawings prepared
by, Rock Island Arsenal, or Picatinny Arsenal drawings. Technical
data originally prepared by these activities is now under cognizance
of ARRADCOM.
6.8 Changes from previous issue. Due to the extensiveness of
the changes, asterisks are not used in this revision to identify
changes with respect to the previous issue.
