30.11 Workmanship. This paragraph is applicable except that "The
boosters and main charges" is replaced by "The inert boosters and
main charges" and "1/8" is replaced by "1/4" in both places.
30.12 Verification of inert mine assembly. Each Mine Assembly, BLU
91/B, Test (AT-40) shall be examined to verify the presence of inert
boosters and main charges.
