4.3.2 Inspections to be performed. The First Article parts
submitted in accordance with 4.3.2 will be subjected by the
Government to any or all the requirements of the applicable
drawings and to the examinations, inspections, and tests specified
herein.
The test bars for 4.3.1 (2) shall be tested for
compressive strength as specified in 4.5.7.2.
b. The 936661-2 Molded Assemblies from 4.3.1 (c) shall be
subjected to the following:
1. Upon completion of the tests specified in 4.4.2.27,
the jumper wires shall be soldered in and after molding over
the test pads the housings shall be subjected to the
examinations of 4.4.2.28.
2. The assemblies shall be finished to comply with Dwg.
9366705 for Special Test Mines and shall be subjected to the
criteria of 4.4.3.1 through 4.4.3.6.
c. Functioning of mines shall be performed on the 15 mines
as per 4.4.3.1. Assembly of Arming Assembly 12579595 is
required.
4.3.3 Rejection. The first article quantity shall be
rejected if any one of the following occurs:
a. Any S&A Assembly has the transfer lead or lead cup
present.
b. The Sensor assemblies subjected to the functioning tests
exceed the reject criteria specified in 4.4.2.5.
c. Any anti-disturbance switch fails any of the
examinations or tests specified in 4.4.2.7.
d. Any molded assembly fails to comply with any of the
electrical tests or examinations specified in 4.4.2.28 and
4.4.2.56.
The sample exceeds the allowable defects.

NOTE: The Government reserves the right to terminate its
inspecton when any failure of an assembly, component, or test
specimen in the sample causes rejection per the accept/reject
criteria for that examination or test.
