3.4.3  Length.  If cut straight lengths are specified, the lengths shall
be within the limits as specified in table V.
3.4.4  Permanent set.  The flat wire (ribbon) shall be sufficiently
rigid so that when 1-1/4 turns are cut free from a spool, the diameter
of the resulting loop shall not exceed the flange diameter of the spool
on which the wire is furnished.
3.5
Strip.
3.5.1  Thickness.  The thickness of strip shall not vary by more
than the amounts shown in table IX.
