Operational Maintainability Requirements - The equipment
3.3.7.2
covered by this specification shall be designed to achieve the following
Maintainability parameters. These corrective maintenance times do not
include aircraft access times and assume fault isolation with use of BITE,
operational controls, and standard support equipment.
3.3.7.2.1 Mean Corrective Time (Mct) Organizational Level - 0.25 hours.
3.3.7.2.2 Mean Corrective Time, 95th percentile (Mmax) Organizational

Level - 0.5 hours.
3.3.7.2.3 Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), WRA, Intermediate Level - 1.0
hours.
3.3.7.2.4 Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), SRA - 1.5 hours.
3.3.7.3 AR-10A Compatibility Requirements - The requirements of AR-10A
shall apply except as modified herein:

Newly-designed equipment shall utilize applicable
(1) 3.1.4.1
military standard connectors with Requirement
10 of MIL-STD-454 as the preferred type.
The detection and location functions shall

include those equipment features which are
exclusively test functions, as well as those
which, by their normal operation, provide
detection and location capability.
Newly-designed equipment shall include features

which will enable failures to be located on
the ground and in flight. This built-in
failure location shall not require the use of
any PGSE test devices for the performance of
organizational maintenance.
The intent of this paragraph of AR-10A shall

be met by the existing features of the annun-
ciators provided on the Mode Controller and
the Digital Display Indicator, the visual
presentations of the two CRT's, and Go/No-Go
Indicators.
The intent of this paragraph of AR-10A shall

be met by the annunciation features provided
on the Mode Controller, the Digital Display
Indicator, and the visual presentations of
the two CRT Displays.
