of the following electrical devices:
(1) Pump motor
(2) Pump motor starter
(3) Phase sequence control
(5) The manufacturer's catalog information specifically applicable
to each component listed on the bill of material, (4) above, and which con-
firms the information given on the bill of material.
Failure of the descriptive literature to show that the product
offered conforms to this specification and other requirements of the invita-
tion for bids will require rejection of the bid. Failure to furnish the
descriptive literature by the time specified in the invitation for bids will
require rejection of the bid, except that if the material is transmitted-by
mail and is received late, it may be considered under the provisions for
considering late bids, as set forth elsewhere in the Invitation for Bids.
When Government drawings, specifications, or other data
NOTICE:
are used for any purpose other than in connection with
a definitely related Government procurement operation,
the United States Government thereby incurs no
responsibility nor any obligation whatsoever and the
fact that the Government may have formulated, furnished,
or in any way supplied the said drawings, specifications,
or other data is not to be regarded by implication or
otherwise as in any manner licensing the holder or any
other person or corporation, or conveying any rights or
permission to manufacture, use, or sell any patented
invention that may in any way be related thereto.
