5.3.2 Humping precautions. A large sign containing the words "DO NOT HUMP"
shall be secured in a conspicuous place on each side of railroad cars used to ship
the printing plant.

6.1 Intended use, The printing plant is intended for use in the printing of
leaflets in a tactical situation where early and rapid distribution is required by
PSYOP units.
Acquisition documents should specify the following:

a. Title, number, and date of this document.
b. Source and delivery of Government furnished property as applicable
(see 3.8 and 4.3.4).
c* When certificate of qualification test for welders is not required
(see 3.9.1).
d. Selection of applicable level of preservation and packing (see 5.1
and 5.2).
6.3 Changes from previous issue. Asterisks are not used in this revision to
identify changes with respect to the previous issue, due to the extensiveness of
the changes.
