4.2.2.1.2  Examination of packaging .  An examination shall be made in
accordance with table III to determine that preservation, packing and marking
comply with specified contract requirements.  The sample unit for this
examination shall be one shipping container fully packed, selected just prior
to the closing operation.  Shipping containers fully prepared for delivery
shall be examined for closure defects.
